Estimados amigos y colegas:
A partir de ahora la AAV se va a encontrar inactiva y no estará funcionando por cuestiones relacionadas a las exigencias que pide la Inspección General de Justicia de la República Argentina (IGJ) con respecto de las asociaciones civiles.
Por lo tanto, el boletín Estandarte dejará de publicarse y enviarse a partir de este momento. Si la AAV puede ser reorganizada y nuevamente reconocida por la IGJ, se retomará el contacto con el boletín Estandarte.
Igualmente, les informamos a todos nuestros amigos vexilólogos del mundo que continuaremos trabajando e investigando sobre Vexilología argentina, y en contacto con todos ustedes.

Dear friends and colleagues,
>From now on, the AAV will be inactive and will not be working, for issues related to the requirements requested to civil associations by the Inspeccion General de Justicia de la Republica Argentina (General Inspectorate of Justice of Argentina) or IGJ.
Therefore, the bulletin Estandarte will cease publication and distribution from now on. If the AAV can be reorganized and recognized again by the IGJ, the contact will reasume with the Estandarte bulletin.
We also inform all our vexillologists friends in the world, that we will continue working and researching about Argentine Vexillology, and in contact with all of you.

Estimados amigos y colegas:
Como
les comunicara en un anterior correo electrónico, la AAV no va a estar
funcionando a partir de ahora. Sin embargo, quiero que sepan que continuaré participando
e investigando en el ámbito vexilológico, y en contacto con todos ustedes.
Por ese motivo, en estos momentos, me
encuentro preparando un nuevo boletín vexilológico propio en el que continuaré
escribiendo artículos sobre vexilología y se informará de diversas novedades
del tema, para que todos ustedes continúen recibiendo información sobre
vexilología argentina, como siempre.
En cuanto
el primer número de este nuevo boletín esté listo, se los enviaré.

Dear friends and colleagues,
As I informed you in a previous email, the AAV will
not be working from now on. However, I want you to know that I will continue
participating and researching in the vexillological field, and keeping in touch
with all of you.
For this reason, at the moment, I am working on a
new vexillological bulletin of my own, where I will continue writing articles
on vexillology, and reporting news about the subject. The goal is that you
continue to receive information about Argentine vexillology, as always.
When the first issue of this new bulletin is ready, I will send it.
